Initiated, designed, and led a PPP with Russia’s Ministry of Health bringing CyberKnife radiosurgery to Tatarstan — now operating as the SakNur TomoTherapy Center.

Initiated, designed, and led this public-private partnership with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, bringing Accuray’s CyberKnife radiosurgery technology to Kazan through a concession-based PPP structure — balancing risk between government and private investment while giving hospitals access to high-tech cancer treatment. The center now operates as SakNur, the Volga Region TomoTherapy Center.

Led the PPP that brought Central Asia’s first TomoTherapy Centre to Astana — opened with Kazakhstan’s then-President Nursultan Nazarbayev in attendance.

The center’s opening was attended by Kazakhstan’s then-President Nursultan Nazarbayev, and the project has since been covered by Astana Times and other regional media as a model for advanced cancer care access in the region.
